Delete your Activated account

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in to Activated.
2. Open Settings (your profile picture → Settings).
3. At the bottom, choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm (with your password if you have one).

Signed in already? Go to Delete account.

Without signing in

Email hello@activatedcreators.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account, profile, photos, portfolio, rates, interests, locations and settings.
• Your applications, invitations, saved items, notifications, push-notification tokens and community memberships.
• Your uploaded photos and videos that are not delivered campaign work (removed from storage within a day).
• Your Sign in with Apple link, which we revoke with Apple.

What is kept, and why

• Messages you sent in other people’s conversations stay as their record, shown as “[deleted user]” with no name or photo.
• Work you delivered to a business under a campaign stays with that business, as the campaign’s agreement allows.
• Payment, ticket and payout records are kept, without your name, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Reports you made stay for moderation, without your name; our security and audit logs are kept for up to 12 months.

If you have a live commitment (a community with members, an event with guests, or a campaign with selected creators), the app asks you to close or hand it over first, so nobody is left waiting.
